What does it mean by being an adult? From the dramas i watched (GTO and Nobuta wo Produce), a adult is a working person who leaves home early in the morning and come back home late at night. And he or she repeats the whole same routine till he or she dies, as if you dedicate your life only for works. Then when the time is right, adults get married and their children will have a happy life for a while before they too, become adults. Of course, it is wrong. I'm not retarded enough to belive such hoaxes.

Again, what does it mean by being an adult? Do we have to know its true meaning by experiencing it ourselves? Or are there some easy ways for us to know - a shortcut, for example a guide book that can tell us? like "Men from Mars and Women From Venus" which teaches us how to deal with the opposite gender?

Frankly from my opinion, being an adult is to stop doing unnecessary and stupid things that we usually do when we were still considered as teens. Behave like some old folks who do more toleration instead of using their vocal cords to solve problems. Thinking before leaping is a must in every human called adult. And the most important is, changing ourselves to become a better abid to Allah. Follow our role model, Rasulullah s.a.w. He's the right man for us to learn from if we are to be a good adult. Not only as adult, but he also taught us how to be a father, a grandfather, teacher, a leader of a country and a friend, for he's all of them. Peace be upon him.
